Rehearsals are held every Saturday morning at the Palma Sola Presbyterian Church,
6510 Third Avenue West, Bradenton.
Unless otherwise noted, all rehearsals are held from 9:30A.M. to 12 noon.
All concerts are held at 2 P.M. at Crosspointe Fellowship (formerly the Island Baptist Church),
8605 Gulf Drive in Anna Maria on the Island.
Unless otherwise noted, dress rehearsals on the day before are from 9:00 A.M. to noon
at Crosspointe Fellowship (formerly the Island Baptist Church).

ATTENDANCE – AND QUALITY
In a very active concert season such as ours, attendance at all rehearsals
is a requirement. Also, anyone missing the dress rehearsal is automatically
barred from singing in the concert the next day. Participation in all
rehearsals is essential in order to assure quality and to maintain AMICCO’s
reputation for excellence.
VOLUNTEERING
Volunteers are the lifeblood of organizations like AMICCO. If you cannot
sing or play a musical instrument but would like to support AMICCO in other
important ways – we can put you to work! For example, we always need help
in communications (e.g., this newsletter), public relations (getting the
word out about us), fundraising, selling program ads, to mention just a few.

AMICCO MEMBERS AS VOLUNTEERS
AMICCO could not survive without the double duty performed by some of its
choral and/or orchestral members. These are members who pay their
membership dues ($35.00 a year) – and perform – and who additionally take on
responsibilities for the management of our organization. We have noted of
late how few of our performing members do this! It requires extra
commitment to take on the tasks necessary to keep our infrastructure
together.
So, when we call for volunteers, we are also addressing our current members
– talented musicians all – to give a little more of their time and energy.
We need you to participate by assuming more of the responsibility in running
AMICCO. It’s payback time!
